Site-built homes require a minimum of 800 square feet of living space. We allow manufactured and modular homes with a minimum of 500 square feet of living space.
Docks can be built, but no "boat houses" with ceilings and/or walls.
"Catch and Release" fishing is allowed for members and their guests.
Swimming and boating is allowed for members and their guests. This is a "No Wake", so waterskiing is prohibited.
