There is no requirement for building immediately on your lot. However, once you start, you have 365 days to complete.
Site-built homes require a minimum of 800 square feet of living space. We allow manufactured and modular homes with a minimum of 500 square feet of living space.
Docks can be built, but no "boat houses" with ceilings and/or walls.
Fishing is allowed for members and their guests. Largemouth Bass 16" and longer must be released back into the lake. Largemouth Bass under 16" must be removed from the lake. There are no restrictions on Bluegills, Crappie, or Catfish.
Swimming and boating is allowed for members and their guests. This is a "No Wake", so waterskiing is prohibited.
