- Annual dues are only $508.20. Interest-free payment plans are available.
- There is no requirement for building immediately on your lot. However, once you start, you have 365 days to complete.
- Site-built homes require a minimum of 800 square feet of living space. We allow manufactured and modular homes with a minimum of 500 square feet of living space.
- Docks can be built, but no "boat houses" with ceilings and/or walls.
- "Catch and Release" fishing is allowed for members and their guests.
- Swimming and boating is allowed for members and their guests. This is a "No Wake", so waterskiing is prohibited.
